RESOLVED That the Subcouncil 5 recommends that the application for the extension of liquor trading hours from 18:00 to 20:00, Monday to Saturday for off-consumption premises in respect of: Alexa’s Inn, 55 Voorbrug Road, Voorbrug, Delft, 7100 BE REFUSED because according to the Land Use Management Department, the selling of liquor is not permitted as a primary right and that a Land Use approval is required.
