Resolution detail

It is recommended that Remainder Erf 5969 Wesfleur, situated at Montreal Drive, Beacon Hill, in extent 499 361 m² and as indicated as ABCDEFGHJKLMNPQRSTUVWXYZA’B’C’D’E’F’G’H’J’K’L’M’N’P’Q’R’S’T’U’V’W’X’Y’Z’A” on plan 130009540v1 attached as Annexure A, be reserved for the Social Housing, Gap Housing and Land Reform Branch within the Human Settlements Planning Department, subject to the following conditions:
 

  1. The subject property shall be utilized for the establishment of formal subsidized housing;
 
  1. The Human Settlements Planning Department takes responsibility for the required land use processes, as well as compliance with legislation related to the utilization of the property;
 
  1. That cognizance be taken of the internal branch comments listed under paragraph 9 below;
 
  1. The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management of the land and structures erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable; and
 
  1. That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Human Settlements Planning Department.
