That the Subcouncil BE PROVIDED the opportunity to submit written COMMENTS on the electronic copy of the City’s Integrated Annual Report as part of the public participation process.

That all Subcouncil Chairpersons who serve on a Section 79 Committee INFORM their respective Subcouncils of the public participation process.

That all Councillors must make use of the electronic copy of the Integrated Annual Report that was tabled in Council, 30 January 2024.

That written comment should be send to performance.management@capetown.gov.za by 4 March 2024, if applicable.

That it BE NOTED all Councillors must make use of the electronic copy on the website www.capetown.gov.za/annualreports.
