RECOMMEND TO RESOLVE:
That it be NOTED that an event liquor application for a Section 48(1) was received from ABSA Cape Epic, Erf ST741-2, 361, Lourensford, Stellenbosch Farms – E24020010 was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 08 recommended that the event application, reference no. – E24020010 for ABSA Cape Epic, for Erf ST741-2, 361, Lourensford, Stellenbosch Farms ON consumption of liquor, BE SUPPORTED.
