a) That the contents of the report, Progress Report on the Re-Construction of the Bloekombos Community Hall BE NOTED;
b) That an investigation on (a) above be requested as to why the previous contractor could not continue with the work as the project
experienced tremendous cost and time delay.

b) That a feedback report be obtain from the department in (a) above in terms of the1. Feedback on why there was a budget constraints;
2. Why the hall was built on a water servitude and if this was rectified and if the previous hall was built on the same origin; 3. Who approved the building plan? 4. Confirmation if the contractor is on site to complete the work.
