a) It be NOTED that an application for a Section 36 New Liquor 5 Urtell Mall Triangle, Strand – LLA24010001 and the following recommendation will be forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
b) Subcouncil 08 recommended that the application, reference no. LLA24010001, for the business: Hennies, 5 Urtel Mall Triangle, Strand, ON consumption of liquor, BE SUPPORTED.
