a) The contents for the Progressive Capital Expenditure Report and Operating Ward & Subcouncil Allocations for January 2024 be NOTED.
b) The relevant project manager provide an update on the Informal Settlement Upgrade Military Heights (CPX.0022267) to the Ward Councillor, Cllr Mandy Marr.
