That it be NOTED that a temporary liquor application for a Section 48(1) was received from Woolworths (Mzuri), Erf 12464, 7 Summer Hill Drive, Dennegeur, OFF consumption of liquor– T24020003 was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 08 recommended that the event application, reference no. – T24020003, for Woolworths (Mzuri), Erf 12464, 7 Summer Hill Drive, Dennegeur, OFF consumption of liquor, BE SUPPORTED.
