The top five (5) service requests recorded per ward should be evaluated by the
Energy, Water and Sanitation, Recreation and Parks, Electricity, Revenue, and
Urban Mobility Departments and the critical needs for infrastructure replacement and maintenance for the wards should be discussed and whether they are addressing the response to the service requests.
