RESOLVED unanimously by Subcouncil 2

That Subcouncil 2 ACKNOWLEDGED the high volume of C3 Notifications reflected within the report;

That the extreme rising of numbers of outstanding C3 Notifications be communicated to the Mayo Member: Water & Sanitation, who will be visiting the Subcouncil 2 area during the month of February 2024;
-
In addition, that a letter be written to the ED: Water & Sanitation making him aware of the turnaround timeframes of executing C3 Notifications and the consequences thereof that may lead to sickness;

That sewer upgrading be looked at in the Subcouncil 2 area;

That an additional annexure be attached to the report that reflect all outstanding C3’s and all C3’s per ward indicating how much was generated, completed, outstanding and in progress.
