RESOLVED unanimously by Subcouncil 2
 
a)    That Portfolio- and Subcouncil committees be provided the opportunity to submit written comments on the electronic copy of the City’s
        Integrated Annual Report as part of the public participation process;
b)    That all Subcouncil Chairperson who serve on a Section 79 Committee inform their respective Subcouncils of the public participation process.
 
Further Resolved:
 
a)    That the Subcouncil 2 administrative staff send out reminders to all councillors nearer to the time in order to submit their comments
       personally to the Subcouncil 2 Manager by no later than 1 March 2024.
b)   That all councillors relook at the Housing and Population parameters and take note of the comments from the auditors in terms of the
      spending thereof.
