That it be NOTED that an temporary liquor application for a Section 48(1) was received from Woolworths (Mzuri), Erf 2464, 7 Summer Hill Drive, Dennegeur – E24010024 was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 08 recommended that the event application, reference no. – T124010024, for Woolworths (Mzuri), \Erf 12464, 7 Summer Hill Drive, Dennegeur, OFF consumption of liquor, BE SUPPORTED.
