That it be NOTED that an event liquor application for a Section 48(1) was received from Italian Festival at Idiom 2024, Erf: ST1462, 110 Bezweni, Stellenbosch Farms – E24010028 was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 08 recommended that the event application, reference no. – E24010028, for Italian Festival at Idiom 2024, Erf: ST1462, 110 Bezweni, Stellenbosch Farms, ON and OFF consumption of liquor, BE SUPPORTED.
