That the content of the Recreation and Parks Department, area 4 – quarterly report, 01 October 2023 to 31 December 2023 report be Noted.

Going forward the quarterly reports must include the:
a. Planned Ward allocation programmes;
b. The list of active partnerships utilizing the Community Centre’s and the type of programmes held
c. Block bookings planned for the months ahead.

That the department have ongoing engagements with the Ward Councillors in terms of project progress and planned Ward allocation programmes.
That Melissa Witbooi: Recreation and Parks department provide feedback concerning the booking system for Princess Vlei Eco Centre.
