 Mr. Daniels said that there is no official in the meeting to report on the item and also noticed that the official that was invited is not the author of the report and also he cannot locate the official that was invited maybe he has retired. Cllr Nqavashe said the fire department suspects that there might be an arsonist at the Table Mountain and would like to thank everyone for their assistance throughout December holidays. Ald Jacobs said that we need to request an updated report from the department for the next sub council meeting, given this report is for the second quarter. There was unanimous agreement with the resolution to defer the report. RESOLVED That the report on Quarterly Report: Fire Services: JULY to SEPTEMBER 2023 BE DEFERRED. . Action: ANTHONY DANIELS
