Mr. Daniels introduced the report on proposed Area Coordinating Task Team (ACTT) meeting dates for 2024 and said that the report is for noting. Cllr Adams said that the councillors need to put these dates in their diaries and attend the meetings. There was unanimous agreement with the resolution. RESOLVED That the report on proposed dates for Activity day meetings for the year 2024 BE NOTED.
