Resolution detail

Mr. Daniels introduced the report on decisions taken by the subcouncil manager from the period 8 December 2023 to 15 January 2024 and mentioned that item 14 and 15 in the agenda forms part of the decisions made during the recces period and the report is for noting. He also mentioned that the reports that are from the sub council office do not reflect the signatures and Lusanda sent the signed version to all councilors in order to see that the reports were signed prior the agenda circulation. There was unanimous agreement with the resolution. Cllr Adams noted the report seconded by Cllr Cassiem. .
