Resolution detail

Mr. Daniels introduced the report and explained that the report is for noting and the recommendation is on page 109 for the noting of the revised draft business plans for wards 30, 40, 44, 46, 49 and the Subcouncil business plan. He said that the contents of the business plans will be discussed through engagements with ward committee members and community stakeholders and this plans will inform future ward allocation projects and service delivery interventions with line departments. Ald Jacobs said that the plans should form part of the Ward Committee Meeting agenda and she also said that this will assist in tracking the comments that were made by the community through the IDP process. Cllr Moses said this is a baseline document a starting point when comparing it to the Ward Committee Operational Plan.. Mr. Daniels said that the closing date for submitting the signed Ward Committee Operational Plan is the 7th June 2024. He would like to complete this task way before the stipulated deadline. There was unanimous agreement with the resolution. Cllr Moses noted the report seconded by Ald Jacobs. .
