That it BE NOTED that notification of the request for confernment of honours will be sent to all Councillors, Ward Committee Members and organisations on the Subcouncil Organisation Database for their input in January 2024 and to submit nominations by 29 February 2024.

That it BE NOTED that Subcouncil at its meeting on 20 March 2024, identify and confirm those individuals / organisations that should receive awards.

That Subcouncil 21 endorse that an award ceremony be held in May / June 2024.
