Resolution detail

It was RESOLVED that:
 

1. The Subcouncil Manager obtain feedback from the author of the report in respect of the following questions/concerns:

1. Which social media platforms will be used as alternative method of advertising subcouncil meetings?
2. What would the difference in cost be for the utilisation of social media versus print media?
3. How much will the saving be taking (ii) into consideration?
4. When will this discussion be taking place with the caucuses in order for Council to determine the manner in which the meetings are advertised in terms of the section 9(4) of the subcouncil by-law?

2. The report BE DEFERRED to the next Subcouncil Meeting in order for the subcouncil to deliberate on the feedback to be obtained by the Subcouncil Manager.
