RESOLVED that |
(a) Subcouncil 9 support and recommend to Council, that the unallocated amount of R25 509, forthcoming from 2022/23 balances be reallocated to a new project as set out in Annexure A.
(b) Subcouncil 9 support and recommend to Council, that the budget for WPX.0013953 Area Cleaning - Ward 114 (R400 000) be reduced to R300 000 and the R100 000 be reallocated to a new project as set out in Annexure A.
(c) The new projects and 2023/24 budget amendments be included in the January Adjustment Budget.
