RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND
That the Western Cape Liquor Authority be requested to consider imposing stricter conditions on the Naguil Restaurant, 3 Riesling Street, Oude Westhof as follows:

To adhere to their business hours as the business is located within a residential area:
(a) 11:00 to 23:00 and that this be strictly monitored

Urgently pursue an interim solution to the parking constraints for the festive season period by engaging the neighbouring businesses for additional parking and refraining from allowing patrons to park on the Public Open Space with immediate effect.

That a permanent solution for additional parking be submitted to the City of Cape Town by 31 January 2024.

To appoint parking attendants to direct patrons to ensure that no illegal parking takes place with immediate effect.
