Councillor Charles Esau said that the demarcation of areas on the Service Request system is still incorrect resulting in complaints not being mapped to the correct wards.
The Chairperson said that she will discuss the concerns of Councillor Esau with Ms Helourine Seyffert (Customer Relations) and report back to the Subcouncil.
