Resolution detail

It was RESOLVED that

1. The application for extension of liquor trading hours from 18h00 to 20h00 for off-consumption premises in respect of Zation NL, BE APPROVED;
2. Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn;
3. Any complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons would also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor licence;
4. The owner(s) or owner(s) representative (manager) take reasonable steps to ensure that delivery vehicles and vehicles of patrons does not obstruct the flow of traffic by engaging with the City’s Urban Mobility Directorate for assistance;
5. This approval is subject to compliance with all relevant City of Cape Town by-laws and related legislation;
