Mr. Daniels said that there is no official in the meeting to report on the item.

Cllr Nikelo said that this is not acceptable of having an item in the agenda and there is no official present. He will like this to be reported from their ED as they do not have an apology.

Mr. Daniels said that the item can be deferred for the next Subcouncil meeting.

Cllr Nqavashe said that he supports Cllr Nikelo that the officials need to account when they submit reports of should send an official that can be able to answer questions that may arise.

Cllr Nikelo said that the item must be deferred and the official need to account and respond to the ED.

There was unanimous agreement with the resolution to defer the report.

That the report on Quarterly Report: Fire Services: JULY to SEPTEMBER 2023 BE DEFERRED.
