Not delegated: for decision by Council:

It is recommended that:

Subcouncil 18 SUPPORT and RECOMMEND to Council, that the amount of R3 892, forthcoming from 2022/23 capital balances, be reallocated to an existing 2023/24 Ward Allocation project, CPX.0034929-F1 Ottery Library – Books & Materials, therefore increasing the budget from R50 000 to R53 892.

The 2023/24 budget amendments be included in the January 2024 Adjustment Budget.
