Resolution detail
RESOLVED that:
It be recommended that the various portions of the subject Erven as per
Annexure “A”, indicated on Combined Plan 130010149 marked Annexure
“B”, be reserved for the Urban Mobility Directorate (Transport Infrastructure
Implementation Department), subject to the following conditions:

The subject property shall be utilised to implement the Integrated Rapid Transport (IRT) phase 2A project by widening the road reserve to accommodate the proposed new dedicated busway and median bus stops only;

The Transport Infrastructure Implementation Department takes responsibility for the required land use processes, as well as compliance with any related legislation;
-
The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable;
-
That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Transport Infrastructure Implementation Department.
