a) Subcouncil 16 SUPPORTS and RECOMMENDS to Council that the amount R233 843 forthcoming from 2022/23 capital balances be
reallocated to the projects as set out in Annexure A.
b) The new projects and 2023/24 budget amendments be included in the January 2024 Adjustment Budget.
