RESOLVED that it be NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from DEL'S FAST FOODS & TAVERN was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 16 recommends that the application for a Consumption ON and OFF Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA23090012, for the business DEL'S FAST FOODS & TAVERN, NOT BE SUPPORTED
The Subcouncil does support the application for the following reasons:

The Landlord has requested that NO Liquor Licence be granted to establishments in their station.

Line Departments were unable to gain entry into the premises to conduct their relevant inspections.

No business licence (Sale & Supply of Meals)
