Not delegated: for decision by Council:
It is recommended that:
a) Subcouncil 21 support and recommend to Council that projects CPX.0034954-F1 Perm Gardens - Gym Equipment (R66 667) and CPX.0034952-F1 Simonsberg Park - Gym Equipment (R66 666) be cancelled.
b) Subcouncil 21 support and recommend to Council that the amount of R58 358 in respect of capital balances from the 2022/23 Ward Allocation Budget and an amount of R133 333 forthcoming from 2023/24 Ward Allocations projects to be cancelled be reallocated to projects as set out in Annexure A.
c) The new projects and 2023/24 budget amendments be included in the January 2024 Adjustment Budget.
