Resolution detail
a. That the Subcouncil NOTE the schedule of meeting dates and venues for
Subcouncil meetings.
b. That the schedule of proposed Ward Committee meeting dates and venues for 2024 BE NOTED.
c. That it further BE NOTED that due to security arrangements at corporate
facilities, access to buildings is restricted after 18:00 and every effort should be
made to conclude meetings before 18:00 and alternate arrangements be made for access control should meetings continue after 18:00.
