It is recommended that:
 
a. Subcouncil 7 support and recommend to Council that the projects listed below be cancelled and the funds be reallocated to other prioritized
    projects as set out in Annexure A. 

    CPX.0035276-F1: PP Smit Sports Facility - Paving (R65 000) - Ward 21
    CPX.0034791-F1: Formalised Market - Old Oak: Phase 2 (R250 000) - Ward 21
    CPX.0035120-F1: Baardsuikerbos Park - Upgrade (R30 000) - Ward 70
    CPX.0034949-F1: Kreupelboom Park - Upgrade (R30 000) - Ward 70
    CPX.0035121-F1: Loevenstein Park - Upgrade (R80 000) - Ward 70
 
b. Subcouncil 7 support and recommend to Council that the amount of R275 846 forthcoming from 2022/23 capital balances, be reallocated as      set out in Annexure A.

c. The new projects and 2023/24 budget amendments be included in the January 2024 Adjustment Budget.
