UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED |
a. That the 2024 meeting dates and venues for Subcouncil meetings BE NOTED.
b. That the schedule of proposed Ward Committee meeting dates and venues for 2024 BE SUPPORTED.
c. That it further BE NOTED that due to security arrangements at corporate facilities, access to buildings is restricted after 18:00 and every effort should be made to conclude meetings before 18:00 and alternate arrangements be made for access control should meetings continue after 18:00.
