RESOLVED that
The application for extension of trading hours from 02:00 – 04:00, ON CONSUMPTION, submitted by ANCHOR NIGHT CLUB, 13 PRESTWICH STREET (BASEMENT), CAPE TOWN, as well as the various comments received, BE REFUSED, due the Anchor Nightclub having been placed by the Western Cape Liquor Authority, onto their Section 63 list, which is the list of venues prioritised for non-automatic renewal due to infringements during the year.
