RESOLVED unanimously by Subcouncil 2

That the contents of the report, Progressive Capital Expenditure Report and Operating Ward & Subcouncil Allocation: October 2023 BE NOTED;
That pressure be put on line departments set out in (i) above as expenditure of projects are very slow, and planning and executing of the projects need to start earlier. We cannot wait until Quarter 3 and 4;
That the Subcouncil 2 Chairperson writes to the ED: Finance alerting her of the challenges Subcouncil 2 are experiencing for 2yrs continuously as the grass mowing tender is causing delays as it has a huge impact on service delivery related matters.
