i) The front parking area of Erf 46 be reserved and developed as an informal trading area;
ii) The motion above will promote entrepreneurship and therefor request that
Enterprise and Investment department undergo a budget analysis;
iii) That the correct land use processes, be followed in terms of (i) above.
