RESOLVED unanimously by Subcouncil 2
 
i)                That  Subcouncils consider and comment on the Draft By-law relating to the Repeal of By-Laws adopted by former municipalities.
ii)               That all councillors go through the By-Law in (i) above and provide comments  directly to the  Subcouncil 2 Chairperson in order for her
                  to compile a responds;
iii)              Due date for submission in terms of (ii) above is in 2weeks time.
