Not delegated: for decision by Council:

It is recommended that:

a) Subcouncil 11 supports and recommends to Council that projects CPX.0035069-F1 Dove Park - Gym Equipment (R185 000), WPX.0014372 Law Enforcement Officer - Ward 48 (R285 000), WPX.0014451 Grants-in-Aid - Ward 58 (R150 000) be cancelled, and the funds reallocated to other prioritized projects as set out in Annexure A.

b) Subcouncil 11 supports and recommends to Council that the budget for project CPX.0034841-F1 Traffic Calming - Ward 48 be decreased from R530 000 to R391 563, the budget for CPX.0034916-F1 Blackheath Road - Fencing (R162 460) be reduced to zero, and the funds be reallocated as set out in Annexure A.

c)Subcouncil 11 supports and recommends to Council that the amount of R31 753 forthcoming from 2022/23 capital balances, as well as the amount of R920 897 forthcoming from 2023/24 Ward Allocations projects to be cancelled, be reallocated to projects as set out in Annexure A.

d) The new projects and 2023/24 budget amendments be included in the January 2024 Adjustment Budget.
