RESOLVED that: |
The Property Management Department be requested to submit a report to Subcouncil 11 for all future monthly meetings in respect of all lease applications (commercial and non-commercial), unless previously approved by the Ward Councillor, for Subcouncil 11 to consider and comment on the conditions of approval in every instance before these are submitted to the delegated authority for approval. . |
