It is recommended that:
a) It be noted that an application for a liquor licence received from Heidi Hanekom was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
b) Subcouncil 17 recommends that the application for a Liquor Licence, reference no. E23100003, for the business Heidi Hanekom at 763 null Olieboom Road Philippi BE SUPPORTED with CONDITIONS:
(i) That the applicant adhere City’s By-Law
(ii) Organisations should also promote responsible drinking and no driving under the influence.
