It is recommended that:

Subcouncil 2 supports and recommends to Council that projects WPX.0010499 Grants-in-Aid - Ward 6 (R100 000), CPX.0035037-F1 Rheebok Park - Upgrade (R100 000), WPX.0014452 Grants-in-Aid - Ward 102 (R30 000) and WPX.0014413 Grants-in-Aid - Ward 111 (R50 000) be cancelled and the funds reallocated as set out in Annexure A.

Subcouncil 2 supports and recommends to Council that the budget for CPX.0035039-F1 Klipbok Park - Lighting (R50 000) be reduced to zero and the funds be reallocated as set out in Annexure A.

Subcouncil 2 supports and recommends to Council that the amount of R7 693 forthcoming from 2022/23 capital balances be reallocated to projects as set out in Annexure A.

The new projects and 2023/24 budget amendments be included in the January 2024 Adjustment Budget.
