Subcouncil 4 SUPPORTS AND RECOMMENDS to Council that the amount of R1205, forthcoming from 2022/23 capital balances, be reallocated to an existing 2023/24 Ward Allocation project, CPX.0034918-F1 Adriaanse Library – Books and Materials, therefore increasing the budget from R20 000 to R21 205.

The 2023/24 budget amendment be included in the January 2024 Adjustment Budget.
