Resolution detail

a.)      That the application received from Juan Van Der Merwe of Grand Piatto Foods (PTY) LTD T/A Ciao Bella Pizzeria – Devices for a Business Licence for Health and Entertainment: Electronic Devices a maximum of five limited gambling machines: Erf1288, 16 Pickle street, Strand 7140, BE GRANTED subject to the following standard endorsements for this category of licence:
aa) This business license must be prominently displayed in a conspicuous place in or on the premises to be visible to patrons, the public and Council officials at all times.
bb) The business license is not transferable from person to person or from business to business.
cc) The premises must comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Control Act, Act 83 of 1993 at all times.
dd) The Director: City Health reserves the right to call for any other requirements that may be deemed necessary.
ee) The approval of this license does not exempt the holder from compliance with any other licenses, conditions or statutory requirements.
ff) The premises must comply with the requirements of the Western Cape Noise Control Regulations P.N.200 of 2013, at all times.
gg) The premises must comply with all the fire and town planning requirements at all times.
hh) No noise outbreak from the Building to Public space or Street
b) Authority be granted to the Head: Environmental Health to sign and issue the necessary license in 1 above.
