It is recommended that the progressive expenditure report as at end of the August 2023 BE NOTED by the Subcouncil.

That an updated expenditure report be made available on the day of the Subcouncil meeting.

That a meeting be arranged with the MAYCO member and officials on CRU’s in Ward 110.
