The SC did not support the application for a Proposed of Lease of City-Owned Residential Property, being Erf 49335 Cape Town, Situated at 25 Canon Street, Newlands: Sanparks
It is further resolved that:
Property Management give clarity on the Cllrs concerns regarding the use of the property, the lease tariff and the period of the lease in order for the SC to make an informed decision regarding this application. |
