That the Property Management Department be requested to submit a report to Subcouncil 7 for the monthly meeting in respect of all leases (commercial and non-commercial) in order for Subcouncil 7 to consider and comment on the conditions of approval in every instance before these are submitted to the delegated authority for approval.
