That the 2024/25 budget consultation with Subcouncils, BE NOTED.

The Subcouncil Manager to filter the comments per ward and circulate the information to the Councillors and Ward Committees.

That the comments, not within the competency of the local municipality, be referred to the relevant Department.

The Subcouncil Manager to engage with Councillor Sauls to obtain the information related to the sidewalk construction and canal cleaning he referred to.
