It is recommended that:
a.) It be NOTED that an event application for a Section 48(4) was received from PADEL SOMERSET WEST SUMMER BONANZA- E23090002, was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 08 recommended that the application, reference no. E23090002, for the business PADEL SOMERSET WEST SUMMER BONANZA, BE SUPPORTED.
