It is recommended that:
a.) It be NOTED that an application for a Section 36 New Liquor application was received from: GRAPE EXPECTATIONS –ERF 25076, 41C MYNHARDT STREET, UNIT E, GANTS CENTRE, STRAND-LLA23070016 and the following recommendation will be forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
b.) Subcouncil 08 recommended that the application, reference no. LLA23070016, for the business: GRAPE EXPECTATIONS –ERF 25076, 41C MYNHARDT STREET, UNIT E, GANTS CENTRE, STRAND, ON consumption of liquor, BE SUPPORTED.
