It is recommended that:
a.) It be NOTED that an application for a Section 36 New Liquor application was received from : NY SLICE PIZZA-ERF 1184, 99 BEACH ROAD, SHOP 1, STRAND-LLA23080002 and the following recommendation will be forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 08 recommended that the application, reference no. LLA23080002, for the business: NY SLICE PIZZA-ERF 1184, 99 BEACH ROAD, SHOP 1, STRAND, ON consumption of liquor, BE SUPPORTED.
